Getting Started

Step 1: Click “Parts & Manuals”. On the Toro.com homepage, select the tab at the top of the screen labeled “Parts & Manuals”, this will bring you to a new page that will allow you to search for your machine’s specific information. 

Once you’ve been brought to the “Parts & Manuals” page, please note the message in bold at the top of the screen. If you are looking for the manufacturer manual for a specific small engine, you will need to obtain that through your local dealer. You can find your nearest Toro dealer by clicking the link and providing the search details for what you’re looking for.

Step 2: Enter Model Number. If you’re looking for a Toro-specific manual, you can use the model number search in the center of the page. Simply type in the model number for your machine and click on the magnifying glass to search.

Step 3: Find Your Machine’s Serial Number. The search from your machine’s model number will pull multiple results. On this page you should select the link that encompasses your machine’s serial number. For example: if you’re looking for a serial number of 411800000, you’ll select the first option, because 411800000 falls between 411700000 and 999999999.

Step 4: Find the Manual You’re Looking For. Once you’ve selected the correct serial number range for your machine’s model number, you will be brought to a new page with several options for product-specific information. You can select the document you’re looking for and choose to either download a printable version to your computer or view a digital version. The digital version, when available, will be updated with the most relevant and recent information. In addition to the type of document you’d like to view, you can also choose the language you’d like to view it in.
