Di\u00e1metro del molinete<\/strong>
\nLa creaci\u00f3n de un plan dirigido a obtener el mejor aspecto despu\u00e9s del corte debe empezar con una evaluaci\u00f3n: \u00bfCu\u00e1les son sus pr\u00e1cticas habituales de cuidado del c\u00e9sped? \u00bfTiene c\u00e9sped de temporada c\u00e1lida o fr\u00eda? En general, se recomienda el uso de molinetes de 127 mm de di\u00e1metro para hierbas de temporada fr\u00eda, y de 178 mm de di\u00e1metro para hierbas de temporada c\u00e1lida (su mayor tama\u00f1o y peso permiten penetrar m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente en la cubierta vegetal para un corte n\u00edtido y limpio).<\/p>\n

Si prefiere usar una m\u00e1quina m\u00e1s ligera en su campo y desea utilizar molinetes de 127 mm de di\u00e1metro con una altura de corte menor, inferior a 12,7 mm, tenga en cuenta que con el tiempo, la hierba puede producir m\u00e1s encamado\/fieltro con una unidad de corte m\u00e1s ligera, sobre todo durante la temporada de crecimiento en hierbas de temporada c\u00e1lida. \u00bfDebe utilizar un molinete de 8 o de 11 cuchillas?<\/strong>
\nSe suele recomendar un molinete de 8 cuchillas para alturas de corte de 12,7 mm o m\u00e1s, y uno de 11 cuchillas para alturas de corte de 6,3 mm a 19 mm. Para alturas de corte en las que estas dos recomendaciones se solapan, utilice la velocidad de siega como gu\u00eda. Para obtener una frecuencia de corte \u00f3ptima con una velocidad de siega inferior a la media, se recomienda el uso de un molinete de 8 cuchillas, y para velocidades de siega superiores a la media, uno de 11 cuchillas.<\/p>\n

\u00bfMolinete radial o cuchillas curvadas hacia adelante?<\/strong>
\nUna vez m\u00e1s, siempre hay excepciones a la norma, pero el n\u00famero de obst\u00e1culos y el riesgo de impactos puede ayudar a determinar qu\u00e9 tipo de molinete es mejor. En general, los molinetes radiales son mejores en caso de impacto, porque el di\u00e1metro del molinete no suele aumentar.
