Now you have even more options to control and monitor your course irrigation system anywhere, anytime. Toro has recently released version 2.0 of the Lynx® Central Control System and it’s packed with new enhancements.

The Lynx Central Control System puts essential information at your fingertips so you can make quick decisions — from scheduling irrigation and monitoring system components to troubleshooting problems and much more. Here’s a quick look at what’s new:

Improved remote access and control via smartphones and tablets.

Lynx Mobile enables remote control of Lynx from any mobile device connected to the Internet. Screens are specifically designed and optimized for smaller devices.

A new remote monitoring service from Toro® NSN®.

NSN Connect Plus™ provides full-time remote monitoring of a customer’s Lynx Control System — both hardware and software. This service can alert you by email or text message when there’s an error so you can fix the issue before it causes irrigation system problems.

Updated map editing capabilities.

Enhanced map graphics support now enables users to view their course map in full-screen mode or display it on a second video monitor for more convenient access and control.

New power usage tools.

Power Guard™, the unique power monitoring and reporting feature of Lynx, gives users new tools to manage not only water usage, but power consumption.

Three new price/feature options.

There are now three distinct levels of Lynx to choose from: CE, PE and SE. Each level includes a different set of features at a different price point, so customers can choose the option that’s right for their needs.

Pump station integration.

In collaboration with Flowtronex®, Toro’s pump station partner, Lynx CE and PE also include integration with the Flowtronex PACE™ pump controller and provides the golf industry’s most efficient irrigation and pump control package.

Special Upgrade Offer

Order a Lynx® system (new or upgrade) by August 31, 2012, and you can also purchase an optional Turf Guard® wireless soil monitoring starter system for $999 (suggested list price). This system monitors soil moisture, salinity and temperature information and communicates it to your Lynx system to help you make more informed irrigation decisions.
