Founded 70 years ago, the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA) is a professional organization for people who design and remodel golf courses around the world. Today, the ASGCA has 180 members in North America who benefit from its work to educate, advocate, innovate and collaborate for the golf industry.

In this short Q&A session, we asked executive director Chad Ritterbusch to tell us more about the ASGCA and how its members have adapted to the new focus on golf course renovation.

Ritterbusch also discusses how Toro’s involvement has helped his organization serve its members, advance the profession of golf course architecture, and support the interests of not only the industry but also the game itself.
